Youth Guarantee Trailblazer community grants programme opens across Liverpool City Region
VCFSE organisations across the Liverpool City Region will soon be able to apply for funding through the second round of the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer community grants programme.
Launching on 19 June 2026, the programme aims to support young people aged 18 to 21 who are not in employment, education or training (NEET), helping them build confidence, overcome barriers and take positive steps towards work, education or training.
About the funding
Funded by the UK Government through the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, the programme will make £450,000 available to locally based VCFSE organisations.
Grants of between £10,000 and £40,000 are available to deliver projects that help young people across the Liverpool City Region overcome personal challenges and barriers to progression.

VOLA will be hosting a series of online briefing sessions for organisations interested in applying on:

Thursday 25 June 2026
The same session will be delivered on each date, so organisations only need to attend one. Sessions will last approximately one hour.
